The date has been set for one of our favourite events – the Bristol Italian Auto Moto Festival. It’s all set for 28th April 2012 and this will be the event’s 10th anniversary.
Paul Hanmore from the Italian AutoMoto Club says, “At the 10th BIAMF we shall also be celebrating some other anniversaries: It is also 10 years since the Alfa Romeo 156GTA arrived in Britain, the Lancia Beta makes 40, the Alfa Romeo Giulia hits 50 and Bertone reaches a magnificent 100. The Maserati Khamsin, styled by Bertone and will also be 40, so we hope to see one or two of these very rare cars.
“Our featured two-wheeler will be MV Agusta, but there will of course, be the usual wide selection of other two and four wheeled Italian transport, plus a sprinkling of three wheelers. The event will again take place on the closed streets of the historic Old City area of Bristol.”
Cars and vehicles brought on a trailer or transporter must have an official pre-booked entry – obtainable from email@example.com There will be a small charge payable on application to cover admin costs. There will be no ‘last minute’ entries on the day. Two wheelers ridden to the event need not be pre-booked but all enquiries please to firstname.lastname@example.org for details of the ride in. All surpluses will be donated to Help For Heroes.
