Brake manufacturer PFC Brakes (Performance Friction) is offering classic Mini drivers improved stopping performance with its patented Carbon Metallic brake pads.

Ideally suited for Race and Trackday applications, the unique multi-layer material structure ensures a firmer brake pedal with less travel and smoother bite even from cold. The friction material, available in either 11 or 13 compound – depending on customer preference and application – offers excellent modulation characteristics and a controlled release to inspire confidence. Manufactured in the US using the same process and technology as PFC Brakes’ championship-winning Race pads, they also incorporate the same environmental benefits of not containing asbestos, lead or copper. Pads are available for both two and four-pot caliper set ups.
