Above and below: This GT caused a lot of double takes and head scratching. A quick glance and you wondered what all the fuss was about. Take a closer look and you notice the SUs have departed, and the wonder of electrickery has been planted. Oselli have been working hard on these new developments.

Above: You don't see enough Midgets, as this neatly detailed example shows. These cars are cheap, cheap at the moment and the options are pretty endless. Get stuck in.

Above: 1947 Y-Type was getting plenty of attention on the Midland Vehicle Preservation Society stand. Such a beautiful shape - just screaming out for a V8...

Above and below: We can always rely on Frontline to deliver the goods. Ed has been building this super trick GT complete with supercharged K-Series. And do you need to be pointed towards those wheels, that side exit exhaust, the paintjob. The list goes on and on. Major drool fest.

Below: This Midget is a recently completed Frontline customer car. Packing a 200 plus bhp K-series, plenty of time has been spent on suspension and brakes. Goes like the clappers but has the poise to handle it.

Above: The MG types call them M Series cars, we call them Maestro. Absolute beaut of a car, want it - hang on, better take a few pills. The Illness is kicking in...

Above and below: Another cracking looking Midget spotted in the car park. Not a flat cap in sight, but excellent wheel choice and Kirkey race seat give a few clues of what this car is all about. Bonnet vent hints that the A-series may no longer be at home under the bonnet.
